Raspberry French Toast

Ingredients:

  • ➢ 1 ripe banana

  • ➢ 2 eggs

  • ➢ ½ cup heavy cream

  • ➢ 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ➢ 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ➢ 4 thick slices of brioche bread

  • ➢ 1 tbsp butter

  • ➢ ½ cup Global Premier raspberries

  • ➢ Maple syrup to taste

Directions:

  • En un tazón, machaca el plátano y mezcla con los huevos, la crema para batir, la vainilla y la canela hasta obtener una mezcla uniforme.
  • Dip the brioche slices into the mixture, making sure they are well soaked on both sides.
  • Heat a skillet with butter and cook the bread over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  • Serve the French toast with a drizzle of maple syrup and Global Premier raspberries as a topping.
