Corn Cream Soup

Ingredients:

  • ➢ 2 tazas de Elote Global Premier

  • ➢ 1 cup heavy cream

  • ➢ ⅓ cup milk

  • ➢ 1 tbsp butter

  • ➢ ¼ onion, chopped

  • ➢ Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  • Sauté the onion with butter until translucent.
  • Add the Global Premier corn and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Blend with the heavy cream and return to the heat.
  • Add the milk to achieve your desired consistency.
  • Add salt and pepper; mix until you reach a creamy texture.
  • Serve hot and garnish with corn kernels.
