Blackberry Pie
Ingredients:
- Masa
➢ 2 ½ cups flour
➢ 180 g cold butter, cubed
➢ ½ cup sugar
➢ 1 egg
➢ 2 tbsp cold water
- FILLING
➢ 2 cups Global Premier blackberries
➢ ½ cup sugar
➢ 1 tbsp cornstarch
➢ Juice of ½ lime
Directions:
- Mix flour, butter, and sugar until a sandy texture forms.
- Add the egg and water gradually until a firm dough forms.
- Divide the dough into two parts and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

- Roll out one part of the dough and place it in the pie dish, fill with the blackberry mixture, and cover with a lattice (crisscross) pattern of dough.
