Blackberry Pie

Ingredients:

  • Masa
  • ➢ 2 ½ cups flour

  • ➢ 180 g cold butter, cubed

  • ➢ ½ cup sugar

  • ➢ 1 egg

  • ➢ 2 tbsp cold water

  • FILLING
  • ➢ 2 cups Global Premier blackberries

  • ➢ ½ cup sugar

  • ➢ 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • ➢ Juice of ½ lime

Directions:

  • Mix flour, butter, and sugar until a sandy texture forms.
  • Add the egg and water gradually until a firm dough forms.
  • Divide the dough into two parts and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
