Grilled Salmon on a Bed of Green Beans

Ingredients:

  • ➢ 2 salmon fillets

  • ➢ 1 cup Global Premier green beans

  • ➢ 1 lemon

  • ➢ 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ➢ Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  • Sauté the Global Premier green beans in a skillet with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 5 minutes.
  • Heat a grill or skillet and place the salmon fillets with a bit of oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, until the salmon is golden brown on the outside and juicy on the inside.
  • Serve over the bed of green beans and garnish with lemon slices on top.
