Mango Cheesecake
Creamy, fruity, and glazed. Baked cheesecake with a graham cracker crust, topped with a homemade Global Premier mango jam.

Mango Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- CRUST
➢ 200g Maria cookies (or graham crackers), crushed
➢ 80g butter, melted
- FILLING
➢ 400g cream cheese
➢ 200ml heavy cream
➢ 100g sugar
➢ 2 eggs
- JAM
➢ 2 cups Global Premier mango
➢ 80g sugar
➢ Juice of ½ lime
Directions:
- Mix the crushed cookies and butter to form the crust.
- Beat the cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Pour the mixture over the crust
- Bake for 50 minutes at 170°C (340°F).
- Let it cool and then refrigerate.
- For the jam, cook all ingredients over medium heat for 15–20 minutes until thickened.
