Mango Sorbet

Ingredients:

  • ➢ 2 cups Global Premier mango

  • ➢ Juice of 1 lemon

  • ➢ Chili powder to taste

Directions:

  • Place the frozen mango in a food processor.
  • Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • Process until the mixture is creamy and smooth (if it gets stuck, pause and stir with a spatula).
  • Serve immediately in a bowl.
  • Top with chili powder (optional) for a unique twist.
