Oatmeal Pancakes with Jam

Ingredients:

  • ➢ 1 cup oat flour (you can blend oats to make "flour")

  • ➢ 1 ripe banana

  • ➢ 1 egg

  • ➢ ½ cup almond milk

  • ➢ 1 tsp baking powder

  • ➢ ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ➢ 1 taza de Mezcla de Moras Global Premier

  • ➢ 1 tbsp agave nectar or your preferred sweetener

Directions:

  • Blend all the pancake ingredients until the mixture is smooth and consistent.
  • Calienta un sartén y vierte porciones pequeñas de mezcla; cocina 2–3 minutos por lado hasta que estén dorados y esponjosos.
  • Para la mermelada, cocina la Mezcla de Moras Global Premier con miel de agave durante 8–10 minutos, hasta que espese.
  • Serve the pancakes with the jam on top and, if desired, an extra touch of fresh berries.
