Oatmeal Pancakes with Jam
Ingredients:
➢ 1 cup oat flour (you can blend oats to make "flour")
➢ 1 ripe banana
➢ 1 egg
➢ ½ cup almond milk
➢ 1 tsp baking powder
➢ ½ tsp cinnamon
➢ 1 taza de Mezcla de Moras Global Premier
➢ 1 tbsp agave nectar or your preferred sweetener
Directions:
- Blend all the pancake ingredients until the mixture is smooth and consistent.
- Calienta un sartén y vierte porciones pequeñas de mezcla; cocina 2–3 minutos por lado hasta que estén dorados y esponjosos.
- Para la mermelada, cocina la Mezcla de Moras Global Premier con miel de agave durante 8–10 minutos, hasta que espese.
- Serve the pancakes with the jam on top and, if desired, an extra touch of fresh berries.
