Grilled Salmon on a Bed of Green Beans
Ingredients:
➢ 2 salmon fillets
➢ 1 cup Global Premier green beans
➢ 1 lemon
➢ 1 tbsp olive oil
➢ Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Sauté the Global Premier green beans in a skillet with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 5 minutes.
- Heat a grill or skillet and place the salmon fillets with a bit of oil, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, until the salmon is golden brown on the outside and juicy on the inside.
- Serve over the bed of green beans and garnish with lemon slices on top.
