Creamy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:

  • ➢ 2 cups Global Premier Homemade Blend

  • ➢ ½ onion, chopped

  • ➢ 2 tbsp butter

  • ➢ 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • ➢ 1 cup water

  • ➢ ½ cup short pasta (dry/uncooked)

  • ➢ 1 cup heavy cream

  • ➢ Salt and pepper to taste

  • ➢ Chopped parsley for garnish

Directions:

  • Sauté the onion in butter until it becomes translucent.
  • Add the Global Premier Homemade Blend and cook for a couple of minutes.
  • Stir in the tomato paste and mix well.
  • Pour in one cup of water and add the dry pasta so it cooks directly in the broth.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer over medium heat until the pasta is tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot and garnish with chopped parsley.
